Hi! I’m Michelle, a real estate guide with deep roots and a lifelong love for all that make these mountains special. Born in East Tennessee, I moved to North Georgia as a youth, spent some time in Wisconsin, and later lived in Northwest Montana before settling back home.

For more than 25 years, my husband and I have built, renovated, and restored homes together. That hands-on experience gives me a practical eye and a deep respect for how homes actually function, not just how they look online. I pay attention to things like terrain, drainage, and long-term livability, because those details matter once real life begins.

I became a Realtor in 2004 to help people make confident, well-informed decisions, especially in mountain and rural settings where every property comes with its own considerations. I am known for listening, explaining pros and cons honestly, and helping clients think through options they may not have initially considered, even if that means discovering a better fit in a different town or even state.

I serve clients across North Georgia, East Tennessee, and Western North Carolina, and I take pride in helping people understand not just the property, but the lifestyle that comes with living here.My approach is more relaxed, like working with a trusted friend while providing responsiveness, attention to detail, and guidance. I love exploring each property’s unique character and helping clients discover the one that feels like home.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside with family. My kids grew up splashing in creeks, wandering mountain trails, and camping under star-filled skies. Our GSP and Golden Retriever are always up for another adventure, too! Exploring the outdoors are how we reconnect & keep grounded, and that carries into how I work with my clients.
