Overview:  Fannin County Family Connection works to strengthen families and improve outcomes for children throughout our community. By bringing together local partners, volunteers, and organizations, we help connect families with the resources and support they need to thrive.

How We Work:  Family Connection brings together community leaders, service providers, and volunteers to identify needs and coordinate solutions that support children and families across Fannin County.

Fannin County Family Connection provides a variety of programs and services that support individuals and families throughout North Georgia and East Polk County, Tennessee. Our Food Pantry offers nutritious food Monday through Thursday, with extended evening hours on the second Wednesday of each month. We also provide a free Clothing Closet, one-on-one Resource Coordination to connect clients with jobs, certifications, and community resources, Family Care support for relatives raising children when parents are unable to, and Unsheltered Day Services that offer a safe place to shower, do laundry, prepare meals, and access hygiene essentials. Together, these programs help meet immediate needs while creating pathways toward long-term stability.
