Jason Clemmons's family has owned
Sunrise Grocery (100 year old store off of 129 in Blairsville) since 1983. Jason took over running the store from his parents in 1997. He has evolved his offerings at the store from basic groceries to an eclectic gathering of locally made goods, including his wife's homemade soaps and candles and his JMC artistic photography. Jason's photos have been displayed in the Georgia State capitol building as well as Atlanta's Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport.

Sunrise on Blue Ridge is an extension of Sunrise Grocery. The gallery is double the size of the ole store and is constantly rotating the images, so stop in even if you were in a month ago, there is always something new! Our local products include honey, including sourwood honey that is best harvested at an elevation of 1,000 to 2,500 feet above sea level, jams and jellies, Tim's salsa and salty dills. We have locally made pottery as well as local barn quilts and stained glass. Journals, local books and greeting cards are found here, as well as fun little toys for the kids. Blue Ridge t-shirts and sweatshirts are comfy and come in all sizes. We can't forget the Blue Ridge mementos to take home with you when visiting. "A lil bit of everything" is our motto and we are sure you can find something that will fill your gift needs in the store today.
